General Manager

• To coordinate the activities of each department operations

• Report the performance of each department to the Director

• Implement policies that have been assigned Director

 

Treasurer

• Manages SONAR’s internal finances and makes draft budget.

• Makes Financial Bookeeping

• Preapare and responsible for SONAR’s budget plan in one year.

Research and Instrumentation Department

Research

• Designing the curriculum according to the vision and mission as well as a growing trend today

• Develop human resource development strategy in their field

• Divide and align individual capabilities of each member of the SONAR

 

Instrumentation

• Inventory of survey data, research, and program SONAR

• Inventory and maintenance instrument SONAR

• Formulate operational activities SONAR Trip

• Coordinate the design and development of instruments

• Creating articles, reporting any of SONAR activities (Sonar Day, Sonar Class, Sonar Instrument and Sonar Trip)
